Help & FAQs

We develop, implement, operate and manage ancillary Service Revenue Enhancement Programs.

We are in-network with many, if not all the Carriers, Payers, and TPA's. All of our products are FDA cleared and certified.

In an effort to expedite Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI), our goal is to offer ancillary service programs that will increase patient compliance, resulting in benefits to the Patients, Physicians, Employer, and Insurance Carriers.
Patient Compliance:
Research suggests that just 60% of doctor prescriptions are filled when the patient uses a traditional pharmacy. Patient compliance is closer to 100% with point-of-care dispensing.

Value Added Service:
Point of care dispensing adds value to a practice not only by increasing patient convenience and satisfaction, but by the generation of additional revenue.

Patient Convenience:
Point-of-care dispensing increases patient convenience. Most patients prefer to receive their medications during an office visit rather than having to drive to a pharmacy and wait in long lines for the same medications.

Practice Differentiation:
Physician practices can set themselves apart from other practices and drugstores by offering point-of-care medication.

Reduced Workload & Time:
By having medications on-site, practices are able to reduce the number of calls they make and receive from pharmacies.

Dispensing medications is a simple and easy ancillary income solution. Patients overwhelmingly appreciate the ability to fill their prescriptions where they receive their care, thus generating instant, positive patient satisfaction. And when you look at the profitability benefits to the practice, it becomes obvious that this is a ‘win-win’ for everyone.
In a recent study, 75% of patients surveyed said they would elect to have their prescription filled in their doctor’s office instead of a pharmacy if given the choice. 84% of respondents said such a service would be more convenient, and 62% said it would help them better manage their health.

Studies have shown that up to 40% of patients never get their prescriptions filled. It has also been found that over 90% of the patients in the practices where a dispensing program is installed prefer to use the in-house dispensary, rather than going to a regular pharmacy.

When patients leave the physician’s office with medication in hand, compliance rates dramatically increase. Also, travel and wait times at many pharmacies can be hours on occasion.

Patients appreciate receiving medications in the physician’s office to avoid a trip to the pharmacy and waiting for their prescription to be filled.
Based on the following, there seems to be no chance that it will go away:

Physicians are expected to provide education and care for patients; yet with payer-specified specialty pharmacies they may have no influence over whether the patient receives the right dose of medication at the right time.

As healthcare shifts to a more consumer-driven market, better-educated patients will seek treatment and advice from those they trust rather than those their insurance may encourage them to patronize.

In-office dispensing provides the most effective side effect management and compliance opportunities for your patients.

In addition, in-office dispensing improves communication for all stakeholders – with providers, patients, and payers all connecting at the point of care.
